Erica Green is a highly qualified, Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) fully certified veteran teacher and STEM (or STREAM) specialist holding an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Social Sciences from State University of New York Westchester, a BS in Education and Sociology from the University of Maryland College Park, and an MS in Education and Teacher Leadership from Walden University. Respectively, Erica is a member of Phi Theta Kappa International College Honor Society, Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in Education, and Sigma Alpha Pi National Society of Leadership and Success. Erica was elected to serve residents of Washington, DC as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in 2022 and appointed to serve the District as a Commissioner on Climate Change and Resiliency in 2023. Erica has served as a Department of Commerce Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships Leader during its 2022-2025 relaunch. In 2025, Erica was identified as the “Two-way interaction between human activity and urban scale weather extremes for Washington-Baltimore Chesapeake Bay region” Community Engagement Lead, a Howard University research project in conjunction with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Cooperative Science Center in Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorology. Erica is President and Chief Executive Officer of Erica Green Inc. nonprofit, a universal philanthropic enterprise fostering engagement, facilitating education, and promoting environmental sustainability; Chairwoman of Science in Our Parks Inspired by Kind Academy, an Erica Green Inc. science, technology, reading, engineering, art, math (STREAM) literacy and sensory education for children, families, and friends subsidiary; and Director of United for Change, an Erica Green Inc. community engagement plethora of efforts.

Capri Coleman is a highly qualified educator, veteran teacher, charity organizer, and youth & young adult financial literacy instructor.
